Obviously a joke but! Fellas we gotta talk when it comes to the deadlift your leverages! Sumo is generally geared towards taller people with longer arms, and conventional works best for the short stalky people like myself except I have these long ass arms that give me a lil advantage! And MOST importantly train both, they are all tools to get stronger don’t let some keyboard warrior who doesn’t lift tell you otherwise😂
