The 232 mods used include Covert Infiltration, Yellow Alert, Proficiency classes, kill counter, Psionics Ex Machina, Spark Overhaul, A Better Advent, enemy packs, additional maps, additional mission types, character pools, voice packs, bug fixes, quality of life improvements, and cosmetic changes.
