Links & chapter below. Played in GZDoom using square1.pk3 as a base, blind on Ready to Rhombus difficulty with paint pistol starts. This is a free full standalone game for GZDoom made by Big Brik Games, a collective of well known Doom mappers! I had so much fun playing an expansion to this called Speed Squared (https://youtu.be/PZUt8AbCKqY) that I decided to try out the original levels and I'm glad I did! While it does not require a Doom file to run it is very much a Doom style retro shooter but with lots of fun new weapons, enemies and levels. Of course the graphical style is very cartoony and colourful and animates beautifully too. Pick up a paintgun as the cigar-chomping, pun hurling Square to save Dr. Octagon from the clutches of the Circle of Evil!
