Advice for a subscriber: How to deal with breakups and depression
2,339One of my viewers asked me for advice after his relationship unexpectedly ended and he was left in a depressed, lethargic state where he couldn't motivate himself to do anything. Obviously I'm not a psychologist or counselor but I thought maybe Cara and I could offer some suggestions that might help him or others in a similar situation.
Don't expect any great revelations or thrilling action, this is just a somewhat rambling vlog in a nice, relaxing setting at a beach.
