Purge just feels like cheating. You can almost force all enemies in every round to only do basic attacks. However, it's best to have a tank/shield user like Warden or Gargoyle that benefits from this playstyle. I will say the downside with Purge Sidekick is the amount of Aether you need to manage. So stealing or extra aether generators are definitely mandatory.
I actually wanted this run to be more of a burn crit showcase but well, that quickly changed lol
