AFR - Yuki Nagato Evil Witch Version Figma Figure Review
153Once again, I delve into the Haruhi Figma series, which is awesome, and review one of the most interesting Haruhi Figmas to date.
As the title states, this version of Yuki adds her almost trademark Witch cloak and hat. Tons of accessories are included and all are covered in the review.
For the more up to date figure collectors out there, you'd probably know that Revoltech will be releasing a Haruhi Bunny Ver., Yuki Witch Ver. and Mikuru Waitress Ver. in their Fraulien Revoltech line. I seriously think that this is a terrible move on their part. Not only are they dipping in to figures which of characters that have been already introduced in the Figma line, the Yuki Witch version is almost a blatant copy of the Figma version in terms of accessories. From this, it seems that this is a direct challenge to Good Smile's and Max Factory's Figma line. The Revoltech figures also don't seem completely Anime accurate in terms of their facial features and body proportions.
I'm not saying that the Revoltech Series is bad in any way, I'm just saying that if you had a choice, do go with the Figma version. You're free to get both of course. :) The Fraulien had some awesome releases as well though. Rei, Asuka, Yoko and the Idolmasters are all examples of great figures from the Revoltech line, though their specialty is still mecha of course.
