In this video, I'm doing a 1 Credit Challenge game called: After Burner II for the Sega Mega Drive (aka Sega Genesis). This game was developed and published by Sega, it was first released in the Arcade in 1987. After Burner II was ported to many home computers and consoles, such as: Amiga, Atari ST, MS-DOS, Famicom, Sharp X68000, Sega Mega Drive (aka Genesis), PC Engine and Sega Saturn. In Japan, After Burner II was released on the PlayStation 2 as part of the Sega Ages classic series. M2 ported After Burner II in Sega's 3D Classics series to the Nintendo 3DS eShop in Japan on 2013 and worldwide in 2015. After Burner II is an arcade combat flight simulator shooter that you take control of a F-14 Tomcat jet fighter, gunning down enemies while avoiding incoming fire. For this challenge: I'm going to play at default settings, which is the Easy level when you go to the options. Overall, After Burner II is a very fun shooter for the Mega Drive, but it's also a difficult game if you're looking for a good challenge. I highly recommend to give this game a try. Maybe I should do a video of the original Arcade version of After Burner II soon in the future.
