Air B&B is the type of thing that you either love or hate. It's either making you a lot of money or it's taking up valuable space for party types and making housing more expensive because of speculation. It can be very frustrating if you are trying to start a life.

The pandemic thing is probably going to bring price of hosing down by 30%, leaving us on a 20 year low. I personally think we need to get housing speculation away from the market in this situation because people trying to raise families simply don't have the money to get a good house. This pandemic is frickin crazy for folks who don't have any space at all.
