This video shows what I feel are Soldat's most efficient combos. I've seen a lot of people ending combos with Flashkick which may deal more damage but leaves him at a disadvantage as well as not pushing the opponent into the corner, which is where Sol needs them to be.

1. This is his optimal midscreen combo confirmed off 2A at close range.

2. The midscreen combo altered for slightly further distance, using 2A to juggle instead of 2B.

3. This is the strongest version of his midscreen combo. Since he's using 5C, you're really only going to be able to punish really obvious or whiffed moves with this.

4. This is his basic corner 6C loop, though you'll be hit confirming off 2A more than 5C. Requires no charge.

5. This is the strongest variant of his 6C loop. On the ground it's worth learning for the extra damage, but off a j.C the damage quickly prorates and becomes too much risk for only 100 more damage. Use 2A 5B to juggle after 6C off a j.C instead.

6. A basic Boom corner combo. Hit confirm at point blank with 2A or off a Boom that goes unblocked/misreflected.

7. Double Boom combo. Use C Boom for max damage after 6C.

8. Double Boom combo hit confirmed without a charge off 2A. This is very practical and the best combo to use without meter. To maximize damage use 5A and 5B instead, though you will be sacrificing your Flashkick charge.

9. Basic 6C loop hit confirmed chargeless off 2A into EX Boom ender. EX Boom should be the ONLY ender you ever use because while you sacrifice some damage, you remain completely safe on recovery and have time to set up okizeme.

10. Triple Boom combo. Note that the extra pushback makes setting okizeme up harder, but the damage is good.

11. This is the same as the previous combo, but uses 5B to illustrate the increase in damage.

12. Completely impractical but high damage combo using all 3 of his Booms and meters.

13. This is why you never use EX Flash as a combo ender. Notice the opponent recovers before Sol, forfeiting his chance at okizeme and leaving him open to retaliation.
