IFHE has always been a staple perk for the Akizuki in my book, thus the recent changes to this perk naturally made me look for ways to further optimize my build. Thanks to the increased fire chance Akizuki is less constrained to its previous role of a pure DD hunter, able to deal actual consistent damage to heavier targets, and needed a set of perks that built upon that.
