This game was released for IBM Personal Computers and compatibles running MS-DOS.
This game is made for the slowest PCs out there, and while it does make some compensations to run on faster computers, the compensation is not perfect and so the game becomes very difficult to play on a fast PC and keyboard.

The CGA graphics also leave a lot to be desired, especially since in 1988 the EGA graphics adapter was already released for more than a year, and the PCjr and Tandy computers had graphics cards capable of many more colors.

So, graphics and sound was a bit of a let-down. The back story to the game is interesting, and in depth. Some would say a little TOO in depth, as it takes a long time to read through all that. Luckily it is skippable.

Also, remember the time that this game was released in, computers were still new and people were willing to spend more time on understanding them.

The mini-games that you play throughout the game is a concept that is a little ahead of its time, but it is something you see in modern games all the time.
