**Dell is on the left thats why it looks different but both same distance and angle. The Alienware can easily be viewed at a 90 degree angle. But the Dell cannot be seen from the side comfortably.
*This is to show the colors especially RED. It looks better on the Alienware monitor. Settings on both Monitors in the Nvidia Control Panel are:
+50 Brightness (default)
+50 Contrast (default)
+52 Digital Vibrance +2
Just to keep both even. Also brightness has been reduced a bit to remove brightness clipping especially on the Dell. Dell clips at high brightness while Alienware does a small bit.
**I'm not going for calibrated display I'm showing what I like... Vibrancy and Pop!!!
*As you can see the Reds and Oranges in Doom are amazing!! On both! but the winner here is clearly Alienware. The Dell gives it really good competition if you fix settings thru nvidia control panel.

today we have Doom on the Alienware in the Vs series. As you can see the Alienware is better overall in the Color dept! Especially the sides with its IPS tech. It has a much punchier Red picture. Reds and Oranges look way better on Alienware. Cant beat around the Bush. The Alienware and their IPS tech has no problem beating the Dell's TN display tech in the color dept. It's like TN speed with super VA colors. Because I basically say IPS from Aorus to me is the benchmark. Pls what Im saying is what I have and what I play and see everyday. Soon I'll have a VA monitor video to compare as I am currently testing it.
I love my Dell and it's my go to, no fail monitor for over a year now. I will continue to use on a daily basis. It's the Best budget monitor out there. It's about 80-85% the monitor Alienware is.
All you got to do is adjust the settings in the Nvidia control panel and you can come very close!! For way less..
