Major spoilers with the 3rd boss, 14:16.
Kid X-Mas:
Use Sensen Fury to damage him. Use Regen attacks if your health gets low, but otherwise focus on charging Focus and reducing the cooldown for Sensen Fury. When his health gets slow, trigger the ending QTE with the interact button. For the end QTE, Punch, Dodge, Kick.
Madame:
NOTE: Wheat and Chaff achievement requires that you never attack her clones.
For the first half of the battle, build your Focus meter on the Enforce holograms that spawn in. Get it to about 2 points. Use the Junkbolt to stagger Madame. The first time she's down, she'll just lay there and take your hits. After that first beatdown, every time she's knocked down by Junkbolt, you'll need Sensen DOS or Rust in Pieces to eliminate her clones to get the Wheat and Chaff achievement. For the first half of the battle, Sensen DOS when she summons clones. For the second half, use Rust in Pieces on the Seraphim that spawn in with her clones. At the end, trigger the QTE with the interact button, and then use Punch, Kick, Interact, and mash Dodge.
Final Boss:
For the first phase, you need to build your Focus to cast Sensen Fury. You'll need Sensen Fury twice in order to destroy the two black memory cubes. Once the cubes have destroyed, a glowing orange target will appear. Use the Junkbolt or regular Spammer attacks to damage the weak point while you dodge falling debris. When the weak point takes enough damage, a scene will trigger and Sensen Fury will automatically start. Damage the core on H30 until phase 2 starts.
Phase 2. The leaper holograms have been replaced by Enforcers and Seraphim. Use Rust in Pieces twice to destroy 2 black memory cubes. Repeat the process of damaging the weak point while dodging debris. Eventually, Nilin will use Sensen Fury to damage H30's core again.
Phase 3. This time, a combination of Sensen DOS and Sensen Fury is needed twice to damage the two black memory cubes. On your final round of weak point damaging, you'll be stalked by Leapers. Try to heal off them, or use Sensen DOS or a Logic Bomb to clear them out. Once the weak point is destroyed, Nilin will enter Sensen Fury to finish off H30.
