Here are the last 3 Yank The Cart Tricks & how to do them:

Batman - Unlimited Lives:
Put any game into your Genesis, wait for the title screen to appear, take the game out with system still on, insert Batman, press Reset.

E-SWAT - Level Select:
You only need ESWAT cart, put the cart in, take it out when title screen appears, put back in while system is still on, press Reset. Now, when level 1 info screen appears Press Start, press and hold left on your d-pad while holding A, B and C. When a number appears on screen use up or down to choose your level.

Streets of Rage - Tons of Lives:
You only need Street of Rage cart, put the cart in, take it out when Sega logo appears, put game back in while system is still on, press Reset. Go to the options screen and difficulty should read 6677. Begin a new game.
