563Alligator helped kick off the 80s on the right foot. It had good action, good actors, and a good team behind it. Over a decade later, Alligator II: The Mutation would try to recreate that same magic but fall well short. It's not perfect but this TV staple for many has a charm that is difficult to hate on and deserves a proper second look.
