Description:
Yuma Ilvern is imprisoned and experimented on by the Lombardian Empire because he's the vessel for the Shining Dragon's soul. The princess of Astoria busts him out and tries to recruit him to fight against the empire, but he's reluctant to use the dragon's destructive powers. The war is happening with or without him, so he may have no choice if he wants to protect his new friends.

When the party enters the portal, they end up on top of the Unreachable Tower. Georg reveals that Deus is actually a machine that was created by the high elves to efficiently use dragon energy. Unfortunately, it's also causing a Catastrophe with that dragon energy and Georg wants to use that Catastrophe to wipe out the weak.

Deus is fully activated, so Georg fuses with the machine to become a souped up version of the Dark Dragon.

He can spawn two subtargets. I have no idea what they do, since my Concerto builds for Yuma and Jinas melted his HP bar anyways.

Even in this form, Georg has the regeneration Sacrament, so Yuma is forced to use the full power of the Shining Dragon to finish the mad knight off. The Shining Dragon is the one in control and speaks to the party, announcing his plan to use himself to seal the energy of the Catastrophe. However, Jinas tells him to use the Last Song instead so that Yuma's sacrifice won't be in vain.
It's vague what the Catastrophe even is, but it seems to be unstable dragon energy based on original purpose of Deus.
Inside Yuma's mind, the Shining Dragon reveals that now that his power is fully unlocked, he'll end up taking over Yuma's body while Yuma's soul dies. However, he decides to remove himself from Yuma and die so that Yuma can live instead.

Jinas will ask if Yuma still has the sigil. Additionally, there are lingering traces of the Catastrophe in other parts of the world despite the Last Song, so Jinas wants to do something about it.

Upon reloading, you'll find a strange combination of epilogue and postgame plus. You can still fight the final boss again, but the ecosystem is back to normal. You also have access to new sigils.
