We meet Sarah, who had been stuck in the elevator from earlier. Later on the two encounter Paddington, who seems to know everything that we don't.

We also get our first taste of combat. This is something you don't get in Resident Evil, AitD allows for some pretty effect melee attacks using common furniture as weapons. It's pretty novel fighting off zombies with a large wooden table or a fancy chair, although the use of the right analog stick for this is kind of awkward.

Melee combat is still more reliable than using the pistol, which didn't seem to do much damage despite being headshots. The aiming is pretty finicky too, but this makes fights scarier which is a plus.
