I added primarily system based stuff in this update:
- Block placing restrictions
- A system to prevent falling out of the world
- Block updates if they have multiple states
- The beginning of a sound system
- A new system for storing block data, so I can now create many more
- I fixed screen rendering and placement (which would break sometimes)

The next update will have many new blocks, functions, etc due to the new systems I have made.
