UNITS:
Gilbert - The last unit I can recruit. He can be a paladin and smite at the same time, so that's good. Also has D authority, like a lot of auth neutral units I already have.
STRATEGY:
Since I can only use in house units for this map, I felt as though I needed to plan for this map some ways back. It's why I trained up Ingrid and made Felix the dancer, the former since I needed a flier and the latter, while it could have been Sylvain as well, I just thought it would be funny. Anyways, I needed to stack Dimitri a bit on stat boosters so he can have better reliability on this map. It also helps that Byleth is an Enlightened one, since he can heal Dimitri. Other units were mostly used for Divine Pulse insurance.
Pirates in the North is cleared in 2 turns.
STRATEGY:
It's like your run of the mill quest battle, BUT it's on a desert map, so mobility is trash. It also hurts that the majority enemies are swordmasters, which are way too fast for some of my weaker units to deal with. Overall, I just sent in Dimitri since he has sufficient bulk and could one shot them in return.
Dealing with Deserters is cleared in 1 turn.
STRATEGY:
What's better than 1 retribution gambit? 2 retribution gambits! Thanks to Annette hitting A authority, I can now use Indech Sword Fighters on her, which means that kingdom archers can now go on someone else. This helps since the enemies are divided for the 2 starting areas. On the left hand side, Ingrid uses that to her advantage to get a lot of EXP (I needed her to hit level 30 by the main map). On the right side, there's less enemies, but they're still there. I gave Byleth a talisman in planning, but it turned out that Gautier Knights gave enough avoid that I didn't need to worry about it.
Annette's Paralogue, Weathervanes of Fódlan, is cleared in 1 turn.
STRATEGY:
It's just to waltz Ingrid over since she has the Spear of Assal on her.
