This is the third time that someone gets this glitch, Wandering Spider and Miepee being the other two, I was so freaked out by this that I just started researching it's effects right away instead of playing through the multitroid randomizer.

Sadly, I didn't record the moment I got it since it appeared out of nowhere and I didn't know that the screen got cutoff.

I remember getting out of the warp pipe, then morphing into the corner of the platform above and triggering the room transition. Something seemed off during the transition and at the end of it, Samus got duplicated.

This is why I should be recording every run since you don't know when something weird happens.
