The AMC Lawsuit is about to expose just how desperate the shorts are with a new $100m bond.
AMC will allow the shorts to continue to delay the AMC split as long as they provide a bond for AMC losses to the tune of $100m per quarter, to show the plaintiffs have reasonable intent & reason to continue to drag out the lawsuit.
Will the shorts put up the extra $100m to continue the delay? or is this game over?
