Elon Musk is saying that the AMC squeeze is starting!
AMC had quite the run in the AH on Friday, this was due to arbitrage shorts (those shorting AMC and long APE using LEGAL short positions) closing their short positions after the settlement was denied in its current legal form.
This alone isn't THE squeeze, but is 1 of the 3 short sellers closing their short positions (legal shorts, illegal shorts & arbitrage shorts). This could further stress the 2 remaining groups of short sellers, causing the price to run higher, causing liquidations, margin calls, and the Short Squeeze.
