Showcase current problems with any driver above AMD 13.1 WHQL
As you see in the video between 13.8 & 13.1 the newer 13.8 and any driver above 13.1 got this terrible "stuttering" issues even tho your FPS is up at 120 which is maximum my screen can output.

Same issues with both AMD 7950 & ATi 5870
Same isssues with 13.9 & 13.10 Beta

Made this to show other people and see if more experience this and to show it for the AMD Team so they know the issue.
