8In todays video we dive into the sort comings of the ADA Law doesn't really do anything for most Americans with disabilities as most employers don't care to follow it and turn down many qualified applicants from a job solely based on the fact that they're disabled.
It has never been a secret but unfortunately not a lot of attention is shed on this subject.. With all of this talk about "inclusion" and the world being so over protected for one particular community, its disgusting to see how the disabled community are left pretty much in the dark...

Myth: When there are several qualified applicants for a job and one has a disability, the ADA requires the employer to hire that person.
Fact: An employer is always free to hire the applicant of its choosing as long as the decision is not based on disability (this is obviously bullshit, as no one is a damn mind reader so how in the hell can you say whether the employer choose the other non disabled person over the disabled one based on the fact that one of them has a disability Bullshit,) .If two people apply for a data entry position for which both speed and accuracy are required, the employer may hire the person with the higher speed and level of accuracy, because he or she is the most qualified.
