19Unfortunately my 664 isn't working at the moment - requires some more TLC.
It's drawing about 800mA at 5VDC and doesn't give any image. I also tried getting it to beep (holding down [DEL]) to see if BASIC was running, but there was no sound either.
Most of the video is taken up with me building the RGB cable (RGBS to 6-pin DIN).
The 664 uses the 40010 version of the Gate Array, same as the 6128 - this runs cooler than the 40007 in the 464 but isn't pin-compatible. I do have an experimental 40010 replacement on its way from New Zealand, so that would be interesting to try out when it arrives.
I'll start some troubleshooting in the next part.
