Started work on a fresh TS1000. I designed a simple 32KB SRAM board that can be installed with no circuit board modifications required on either the ZX81 or TS1000 ... a so called "reversible" upgrade. Nothing spectacular ... there are other designs already available (see links below).

Unfortunately I couldn't complete the refurbishment work because I didn't have any 40-pin turned pin sockets for the ULA replacement - have been ordered.

So I won't know if my RAM board will work ... it *should* ... but let's see.

I replaced the existing RAM socket with a turned pin socket as well so that my board would sit nicely.
