11I've used FL Studio 9 and this shows an example of a Wily Wars style song. It shows the soundfonts as well as the instruments of how I made this song. The instruments here are a high-quality version of Wily Wars and that is what I used to make the Mega Man Wily Wars Style 10 - Farewell to Ballade music. The Mega Man 10 - Special Stage 10 midi was sequenced by DalekSam. I heard the Shadow Man song from Wily Wars and the instruments I used are just about the same from that song but with better quality FM Instruments. This is how I made the 16-bit arrangement of the 3rd special stage from Mega Man 10.
This video shows how you compose and arrange Wily Wars songs. I forgive Kinuyo Yamashita and understand that the instruments from Wily Wars weren't meant to have those awful FM instruments to hear in a video game especially on the Sega Genesis.
