I've ranked the three keys of the Ryu Ending and the saddest key is in B. B flat is in the middle, and the happiest key is in the key of C. The song in C minor transitioning to major in the ending is representing you've went through obstacles and feel happy about overcoming it, or you've dealt with a sad event or past before you move on from it and look forward to the future.
If the title is misleading to you, I've found the Ryu Ending from Super Street Fighter II on X68000 by Capcom. What I've done is pitch it up to match the same key on the Genesis version and found that key to be the most happy using Audacity.
Ryu Ending song was composed by Yoko Shimomura,Isao Abe, and Syun Nishigaki. Credit goes to Capcom and everyone who made the Street Fighter II Series.
