Armlet of the Sun increases attack damage by about 5%. Considering the Armlet of the Moon and the Band of Protection similarly increases defense/reduces enemy attack damage by 5%, you would think the Ninja Dog-equivalent to the armlet, the Band of Power, would function the same. Nope. Instead, the attack ribbon offers a 15% increase. And I have not one clue why.

All the other armlets and their corresponding bands/ribbons are synchronized in that respect, though. There is no difference between Potency and the Band of Strength, nor Celerity and the Band of Light. Sun/Power is the only discrepancy, which leads me to conclude this was due to human error--that instead of '05,' someone entered '0F,’ or some shit. Hell, I don't know.
