There's these things called "Banana Bird Caves" which HAVE "Banana Birds" in them and you MUST FREE them! You FREE them by MEMORIZING the PATTERN of the CRYSTALS that LIGHT UP and then INPUT them in the CORRESPONDING ORDER in which they LIGHT UP! In this version you must use the D-PAD! In the SNES version your using the buttons A, B, X, and Y!
