In this video I showcase online Local Play in Animal Crossing™: New Horizons on the Switch emulator Ryujinx. The build I'm using is the LDN2.3 build which emulates a local wireless connection which allows you to connect with other Ryujinx users around the world through local play options. Note that you must be on the same game update to be able to connect with each other. Also, since ACNH doesn't support LAN, you cannot connect with a Switch from Ryujinx.
