This boss fight is the most challenging one in the game, despite its glaring issues (e.g. it's very hard to dodge all the blue projectiles coming at you). It helps to have all nine apples.

As I said earlier, getting 100% does nothing, and you can't save after beating the final boss, so I recommend saving before fighting him. You should have 98% of the game done before then.

The game requires you to have at least 36 trophies collected before beating the final boss. There are 45 trophies in the game, including the final boss, so that's 80% completion required.

Is this game fun? Sure, if you don't collect the first two trophies in any level.
