Coffee Jelly
2 Tbsp. Hot water
1 package (0.25 oz.) unflavored gelatin
2 cups Nitro Cold Brew
Whipped cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Coffee Jelly Instructions:
1. Pour the package of unflavored gelatin into a small bowl of the hot water and let bloom for 5 minutes.
2. Put the nitro cold brew in a pot over the stove on medium heat. Add the gelatin and stir until completely dissolved, for a few minutes.
3. Pour the coffee jelly mix into dessert bowls and place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
Whipped Cream Instructions:
1. Add the heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla extract to a stand mixer bowl and whip on high for about 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
