Hello, Windows Insiders! We are excited to share with you the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25905, which is now available for download in the Dev Channel. This build introduces some new features and improvements that we think you will love. Here are some of the highlights:
- We have added a new widget to the Taskbar that lets you access your favorite YouTube videos with just one click. You can customize the widget to show videos from different categories, channels, or playlists. You can also watch videos in a mini player or in full screen mode.
- We have improved the performance and reliability of the Microsoft Edge browser, which is now faster and more secure than ever. You can enjoy smoother scrolling, better tab management, and more extensions support. You can also sync your settings, bookmarks, and history across your devices with your Microsoft account.
- We have updated the Settings app with a new design and layout that makes it easier to find and adjust your preferences. You can also access some settings directly from the Action Center or the Quick Settings menu. We have also added some new settings for personalization, accessibility, and privacy.
- We have fixed some bugs and issues that you reported in the previous builds. For example, we have resolved an issue where some apps would crash or freeze when launching them from the Start menu. We have also fixed an issue where some icons would appear blurry or distorted on high-DPI displays.
We hope you enjoy this new build and we look forward to your feedback. To learn more about the new features and improvements in this build, please check out our Windows Insider Blog post here: https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2023/07/16/announcing-windows-11-insider-preview-build-25905/.
