https://www.patreon.com/ulillillia --- This is yet another bug I've known about for a long time. I remember when my Internet and CPU were being bogged down that I saw a notice stating "account temporarily unavailable", but it comes up too quick for it to even be seen. When the random reload occurs (which never happens when a clicked-on object brings up a light box, such as viewing a photo), it's as if I just did a forced refresh, clicking on the refresh button while holding the left shift key. When it happens, the first thing I notice is that the "allow www.facebook.com to run "Adobe Flash"" text disappears (since I have the Flash plug-in set to "ask to activate" to stop autoplaying videos and block Flash ads (for which Adblock already blocks for the most part)). The next thing that happens is that the whole browser window returns to the default color, as if it was loading a blank page. The friends list is gone (to be replaced with "loading..." shortly after), and the chat window(s) vanish but soon reappear. When this random reload happens, there's about a 40% chance that a notification that hasn't been even viewed or clicked on will no longer be highlighted, affecting all highlighted notifications at the time.
This bug is very annoying when you've got 40+ notifications to go through and it happens on the 15th one leaving roughly 10 of the notifications being marked as "read" even though they haven't been read, making it difficult to keep track of where you left off. (When I get back from my Minneapolis trip, I'm expecting over 100 notifications simply because I can't check Facebook while away.)
