In this lecture/discussion session from my Spring 2013 Introduction to Philosophy class at Marist College, we explore some of the main themes of Anselm of Canterbury's work On Truth. In particular, we look at the different modes of truth, distinguish between two related senses of truth as rightness, and examine whether the concept of truth can be applied to willing and action. We very briefly towards the end touch on Anselm's notion of justice as "rightness of will maintained for its own sake".
