Approach Summary : The function iterates over the top row of the matrix and then traverses each anti-diagonal, first on the top half and then on the right half of the matrix. The elements encountered during traversal are appended to the result vector, which is then returned. The code assumes that the input matrix is square, i.e., the number of rows is equal to the number of columns.
