Approach Summary : It uses a vector/map mp to store the frequency of each number and iterates through the input vector, updating the result matrix accordingly. If the frequency matches the current size of the result matrix, a new empty row is added, and the number is inserted into that row. The final result is a matrix grouping numbers by their frequency. Note: The commented-out code suggests an alternative approach using an unordered_map, but the provided implementation uses a vector for simplicity.
