Here's the notable changes you need to make going heroic to mythic:

On mythic, the boss will pull you in quite quickly when Apocalypse Drive ends, so be sure to back away beforehand so you're not too close to eradication. When you kill the cannons on mythic they go haywire instead of being destroyed.

For the decimation cannon this means the targets will be stunned, then decimation will additionally apply a nasty dot to the entire raid.

For the annihilation cannon this means soaking the circle will knock you back a considerable distance, then the circle must be soaked again four seconds later. Below 35% this hits hard enough to one shot you if you try to solo soak without cooldowns.

We found it easier to kill the decimation cannon first, the haywire annihilation cannon is quite obnoxious. After 65%, mark an area in melee with a bouncing stupid. Make sure when decimation is coming no one stands on it, then when decimation occurs have the entire raid run to the melee mark. This will ensure you're all stacked up which will ease the healing and let you use raid cooldowns like darkness. After decimation spread back out to soak annihilation, then keep everyone off the melee mark again for the next decimation.

As you approach the transition at 35%, you may need to stop dps at ~37% and wait until you have no decimation DoT on you and no annihilations active. If you aren't topped off going into the transition deaths are likely.

Below 35%, the haywire annihilation is tricky. The best way to deal with it is to realize the explosion will knock you back based on the centre of the soak circle. So try to aim yourself towards another annihilate circle while you soak. That way you'll immediately be in position to soak the next circle by using the knockback to your advantage.

The decimates in the last phase are going to hurt a lot, so healing cooldown rotation advised for them. Being stacked up will help a lot.
