Learn the Britons 21 pop archer rush build order! This AOE2 Archer rush is specifically for the Britons. This AOE2 Britons archer rush is quite a simple and straight forward build order which will enable you to attack your enemy a little sooner than your generic archer rush, as the britons archer rush advances with 22 pop rather than 23 population.

I think this build order is easier and more straightforward than other 22 pop briton archer rush build orders that you might find and is no less efficient! I hope you agree!

often thought to be the best archer rush in aoe2, the brtions archer rush uses their civ bonus of collecting sheep faster, enabling you to click up to the feudal age with one less villager. however, there are stronger archer rushes in the game, such as the ethiopian archer rush which can be completed at 22 pop and even 21 pop!

An archer rush in aoe2 is often used in team games, complimented by your team mate's scouts to kill off any skirmishers that the enemy have made however in 1v1, a straight archer rush is not as common at higher levels, with players preferring the man-at-arms in to archers build order.

Britons Archer rush build order aoe2 is as follows:-

5 vills to sheep
4 to wood (with LC)
1 to lure boar
1 more to boar
1 build 2 houses then berries
3 berries and lure 2nd boar with existing villager
3 boar/sheep
3 wood with 2nd lumber camp
Loom

Click up

As soon as you click up, send 4 villagers from food to gold and 3 to wood so that you have 5 on each lumber camp. 3 remaining villagers on sheep - 1 goes to build barracks when feudal age research is at 50% and the other 2 will go to straggler trees once the sheep is finished.

FEUDAL AGE
Make 2 ranges and blacksmith
research double bit axe & horse collar
4 or 5 new villagers to gold
research fletching
attack with 6 archers
add more archers
new villagers to make farms
