High ground can give you a huge advantage in fights in Apex Legends. In this video, I took advantage of a spot that I've seen some streamers use to turn a fight in our favor.

There are a few things that make high ground ideal when engaging the enemy. As you aim down on the opponent, you're more likely to hit them on the head, dealing added damage. It's much easier to take cover while reloading or healing from high ground. Best of all, if you get third partied during the fight, the new squad will usually shoot at the team on the ground!

Try to maintain high ground as much as possible, especially in the late game. This can be the difference between a sad exit to the lobby or being the champion squad!
