There is a story behind Apex Legends and Titanfall 3. It's okay to like Apex Legends as a Titanfall fan.... because Apex Legends wasn't a replacement for Titanfall 3.... Even though Titanfall 3 has been confirmed to not be in development currently, EA & Vince Zampella revealed that a Premium Titanfall game will be launching later this year. The story behind Apex Legends however is much more interesting. This "secret" battle royale FPS from Respawn Entertainment is an exceptional BR game and has easily become my favorite in the genre..... That is coming from someone who is a HUGE Titanfall fan and someone who is burned out on BR games in general. Apex Legends shouldn't be viewed as the replacement for Titanfall 3..... rather a stop gap between Titanfall 2 and whatever the next Titanfall title will be. There are rumors that go much deeper than just EA's acquisition of Respawn Entertainment. Let's explore the story behind Apex Legends and look ahead to the next Titanfall based adventure.
