edit: After a mod update, this build is replaced with an easier variant! Link below. In this video I go through how to set up an auto-crafting system to order Fluix Crystals and all sorts of Pure Crystals. Note that this can be done easier if other mods are involved, but the goal is to make it pure AE2 (and vanilla).

If it was possible to filter the Annhilation Plane this would be much easier, and basically that's the only flaw in this setup. I can't get the Hopper Sorter to be fully reliable. Another detail is that one setup can only handle one type of crystal. So in total you would need four setups to cover each one!

However, the part with the Level Emitter keeping the Growth Accelerators running only when needed is a really great feature that can be used regardless of what mods are used.
