OK. SO... I've done the homework for you, and here's how to get 3x demon ball on your pyron and then set it's energy use per attack to 50%, which will give u just enough AOE range to hit multiple enemies most of the time.
or you can use lvl 1 mood to save a lot of spirit stones.
15:35 to 17:50 (3x demon ball)
17:51 to 19:29 (Setting you pyron's mood to 50% and field testing)
