At the time of the recording of this video, no public description of the skill exists, and for any of you who have additional information, please let me know in the comments and I'll update this description

So, from the rough count after re-reviewing the footage and comparing the dropped gauge percentage with a normal gauge progression, it's safe to say that the gap between the gauge & dropped recollection rate would *always be 30%*

I'm guessing it starts from 69% recollection rate, since if it starts from 70%, then the difference would be no different than a max gauge.

From the dropdead PST test, the 4th lost brought down the recoll. rate to 64%, making the gauge dropped -6%, and a 30% gap has been made. The gap persists on recoll. rate 55%, gauge dropped - 15%.

Again, it's not confirmed by other people, it's just my own speculation.
