Arch linux problem: static noise when dGPU is active

Not sure what is going on, the first part shows the audio how it is listened (using the microphone) and the second part captures the audio stream using OBS, in both you can notice alot of noise.

Not sure why it happens but it completely vanishes when the dGPU stops being active.

Also it happens on the speaker output from my monitor that is connected by usbc to the laptop, and, somehow, doesnt affect bluetooth speakers.
