62This one's a little tricky to assess because it does outsized Base Damage while over 50% HP, but it's squishy enough that won't last into late battle. That said, for the price point, and lack of unit caps, it does its job as... can we call it Tier 1 infantry? As opposed to Tier 0 or Tier -1 like Laborerers? Does that work? It does its job. Just don't ask it to do the artillery's job also.
