Are Necropolis Knights (+ Halberds) Any Good in Patch 5.2? - Tomb Kings Unit Focus
107So, I've looked forward to this because I used these plenty in the past, but I hadn't really gone under the hood to find out all the details. It's not like the regular version is bad, but the halberds version is special, there's a reason they make you fight to obtain those. Either way, they pack a punch and work well with your other forces, but you're using them sub-optimally trying to have them out-duel rather than cycle charge, especially against armor-piercing infantry.
