Are Skink Skirmishers Any Good in Patch 5.1? - Lizardmen Unit Focus
77Skink Skirmishers aren't Chameleon Skinks, and they offer less missile damage but over a longer period of time than Cohorts with Javelins, inflicting Poison with every hit. They have an anti-air niche at a good price point, but you have to be prepared to accept their vulnerabilities to make good use of them, mostly either early game, or because you genuinely have no anti-air to keep enemies honest, etc. So while not the most celebrated unit, it is a good option to have in a pinch.
