This was a request but it was on my radar for getting out to the viewers regardless. A Spearmen with Shields elector count state troop, it's so good, I wish you could recruit it regularly, very sad to only get limited quantities! It's not super-elite because it's not armor-piercing, but as a budget Celestial Dragon Guard, it delivers, and that alone makes it wonderful. A reliable front-liner against all kinds of factions.

And due to space limitations I'm sticking it into the RoR category for titles, so there.
